2.2 Release for Service Cloud: Getting the Mojo Back on Case Creation

You are about to enable Service cloud but just realize that you need to communicate to your internal users, customers and/ or partners about limitations. 2.2 Release brings a unique component for creating cases with attachments. Moreover, you can attach as many files as you want. As always, there is no realistic size attachments (up to 5TB).
